Why Aİ-CHA Franchise?
The franchisee enters into a consulting process with the Ai-CHA business development team. There are some basic requirements for the location: The area must be at least 25 m², the selected location must be approved by Ai-CHA, there must not be another Ai-CHA branch within a radius of 2 kilometers and the electrical infrastructure must have a power capacity of at least 33 KW.
The process continues with the deposit payment of 55th500 TL and the signing of the contract. This payment is considered a commitment of the contract and is returned at the end of the contract period of 3 years. However, the deposit is non-refundable in case of breach of contract. A communication group is created to keep in constant contact between the parties.
Franchisee submits the location layout, interior and exterior photos and videos of the preferred location to Ai-CHA. Design work is completed by Ai-CHA within 7 business days.
During the renovation process, the franchisee is responsible for finding its own third party renovation company. All renovation costs are borne by the franchisee and are carried out in accordance with the design provided by Ai-CHA. Ai-CHA supervises this process and the franchisee submits regular progress reports.
Products and equipment are delivered after the store is set up. Domestic delivery fees belong to the franchisee and the logistics process is organized by the franchisee.
A training fee of 5,500 TL is paid before opening. The staff is hired by the franchisee and their salaries are paid by the franchisee. The training period is 7 days in total and includes the grand opening. The trainer trains the staff one-on-one at the franchise branch. Transportation, accommodation and food expenses related to the trainer are covered by the franchisee.
Once the store is operational, all raw materials and machinery must be procured from Ai-CHA (unless otherwise agreed). Problems in the operational process are shared and resolved through the established communication group. Ai-CHA provides operational support through periodic audits.
All sales revenues go directly to the franchisee and there is no profit sharing. Gross profit margin is 60%.
