The application received by us is evaluated by the franchising department in time. After the reviews are completed by us, an appointment is given to the franchise candidate within 4 business days and a face-to-face meeting is held. In this meeting, our candidate is given detailed information about the system and regulations. 2nd Evaluation and Sharing the Feasibility Report If your pre-application and face-to-face interviews are positive, the real estate you are considering for the store is visited upon your request and an on-site evaluation is made. The characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the region are determined. The report prepared as a result of the feasibility is shared with the franchise candidate within two days, positively or negatively. 3rd Drawing the Architectural Project and Starting the Implementation One day after the contract is signed, the Architect or Franchisee takes the survey and the concept to be applied is determined. The architectural project drawing is completed as soon as possible. Architectural application preference belongs to the Franchisee. Additions or subtractions within the desired designs can be realized within the plan. 4th Staff Recruitment and Training The list of employees required for the store to be opened is determined by Aktarzane. Owner and staff training called AKTARZANE ACADEMY is compulsory. Every person who will work under this roof must receive this training. Our training process is completed at the same time as the store design and architecture process. The training of the entire team, especially the operator, takes place in our central branch. Our handbooks named Aktarzane Academy(1) and Aktarzane Academy(2) are specially prepared for our business partners and contain valuable information ranging from product information to customer relations.
