Dating back to 1978, MT Börek offers its customers a taste as fresh as the first day with its traditional flavor. MT Börek takes its name from the initials of the names and surnames of Mustafa Tekin, the founder of Seç Baklava, and Mehmet Tekin, who took over the flag after him.
The secret of this flavor, which is made in Adana, the capital of pastry, and which has not changed from past to present, is that we have been working with well-established suppliers for more than 40 years. Many flavors from master hands meet you thanks to almost half a century of knowledge and experience.

In 2019, we took our full name through institutionalization and registered the MT Börek brand and logo, as well as preserving 40 years of flavor, we aimed to bring you real flavor with different branches.
The "Sade oil" of MT Börek, which does not lose its historical texture in its modern production facilities, is obtained from butter produced from the natural milk of sheep grazing in spring. The flour of our brand, which attaches importance to naturalness, is also produced in stone mills. Although there are no additives in our pastry varieties, which started and continue to be produced in Adana, it is our top priority to use fresh and natural raw materials.

We aim to reflect all the knowledge and experience we have gained in nearly half a century to the flavors we offer, to grow by improving ourselves and at the same time to meet you at more points. Our only unchanging motto is the flavor we offer you and the quality of this flavor. We continue to move forward by making new friends on this path we set out to offer you our crispy pastries in a fresh way.
