Franchisee candidates who apply are invited to our center for a more detailed interview. Presentation Franchisee candidates make a feasibility study for the region where the shop will be opened. They are brought together with the management team to present their feasibility study, introduce themselves and explain their business plans. Preliminary Protocol A preliminary protocol is made by taking half of the total construction cost. Contract Process A franchise agreement is signed with NESH. The official documents required to be submitted to the NESH center are submitted by the franchise candidate. Branch Leasing Our franchisees present the alternatives they find. NESH team visits the region and evaluates alternatives or new branch alternatives can be found. Construction Survey is taken in the rented shop, the project is drawn and architectural application is started. At the end of 45 business days, it is ready for opening. Staff Recruitment NESH determines the norm staff required for a healthy branch operation and recruits franchise candidates. Training The entire team receives 10 days of training at the designated training branch. Branch Opening The store is opened together with the operation team. After the opening, 7 days opening support is provided by the operation team.
