Ramazan Altuğ Adıyaman Çiğ Köfte was born as a brand that combines the traditional taste of Adıyaman with a modern production approach. Our founder Ramazan Altuğ's passion for raw meatballs since his childhood and his dream of bringing Adıyaman's unique flavor heritage to a wider audience formed the foundations of our brand. Adıyaman raw meatballs are not only a food, but also a cultural heritage. This unique flavor, whose origins date back to Mesopotamia, has been prepared with the same care and mastery for centuries. As Ramazan Altuğ, we are working with all our strength to prepare this traditional flavor in the original way and present it to you.

We proceed step by step while giving franchises. We want us to be the right brand for you and you to be the right operator for us. Deal We receive applications online or by phone. Our franchise officer knows you. If we decide to work together, we determine your region. We recommend the appropriate one among Quarter, Half, Full shop models. We sign our franchise agreement that allows you to work safely. Establishment Our field support team examines your region, evaluates the shop locations you suggest, and predicts investment and profitability. In our Quarter and Half model, you prepare the shop, we send the equipment and decoration, you set up and start. In our full model, our architect draws the project, builds the shop and delivers it to you. You set up your Support Staff, you and your team receive training. Our field support team is with you before and after the opening. We support the opening campaign of your shop, follow up after the opening and provide guidance whenever you need it. Promotion We run social media promotion from the center. We provide promotional and promotional materials to our dealers. The dealer does local promotion in its own neighborhood. If we make nationwide television advertisements, we receive 2% advertising contribution share from each dealer's monthly turnover. Our Shop Models Ramazan Altuğ As Adıyaman Çiğköfte, we are proud to offer the highest quality and freshest raw meatballs to taste lovers all over Turkey. We have three different shop models and we recommend the most profitable model according to the business potential of each neighborhood. We want to open golden shops in every bazaar in Turkey and make them available to our dealers. In all models, çiğköfte is the main product. As the shop area grows, customers are encouraged to come for socializing purposes other than çiğköfte. The product range, treats and decor are adapted accordingly. Our experienced field experts recommend the shop model according to the potential of the region and the competitive environment and ensure that the dealer's advantage and profit increase. Quarter: 10-20 m² shops in neighborhood markets. Half: 20-40 m² shops with good visibility in busy spots. Full: 40-80 m² shops on busy streets.
