Our meat is carefully selected from Balıkesir, Bandırma and Gönen regions and slaughtered in modern integrated facilities under the control of veterinarians within the framework of halal slaughter rules. Our meat is delivered to our meat processing facility without breaking the cold chain. Our vegetable varieties are sourced from Yalova region and our pulses are sourced from branded companies.
Hygiene and food safety are ensured under the supervision of agricultural engineers and food engineers in our meat processing facility and all our restaurants, which have a Manufacturing Approval Certificate numbered 34-G-1243 and a processing capacity of 10 tons. Our materials in stock are kept according to the 'Food Preservation Safety Management' system. We have ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System), ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and Halal Food Certificates due to our respect for our profession and commercial life with a complete service understanding.
