Our company, which has gained experience in both sectors, has made new investments by acting with the awareness of franchising and has adopted the principle of protecting its franchisers even in difficult economic conditions (such as pandemic) and has always prioritized customer satisfaction while doing so.

Our company starts to control and organize the opening works from the first moment our investor receives the franchise until the branch is opened. Necessary researches are carried out by our experienced and professional team at the determined location and if deemed appropriate, the franchise is allowed to open at that point. At the appropriate point, our architectural firm prepares the drawings by making the necessary measurements and planning. The drawings are revised by making the necessary changes, if any. After the renovation works of the point are completed, the franchisee and the team are subjected to training close to the opening. This training continues on-site even after the point starts selling. The purpose of this training consists of main topics such as customer relations and greeting, cleaning, product cooking and presentation, counter layout and order. After the branch is opened, the branch is delivered to the operator in line with the report given by our franchise officer.

Branches that start their operations are subjected to routine audits to ensure that they remain dynamic. Monthly reports are published and Turkey and regional rankings are sent to the branches. In this way, the branch is both put into a race and follows the changes from month to month and measures are taken accordingly or the sales strategy is changed. Net and gross profitability is calculated on a monthly and annual basis in line with the request of the franchisee, enabling the franchisee to see the future. With the cash register program installed, the franchisee can follow the sales and expenses moment by moment. Thanks to this system, the products are prevented from disappearing.

Even if the franchisee cannot be in charge of the business, this follow-up is made easier with the application downloaded to his/her phone.
