At Adam's Cookies, we keep asking ourselves the same question. And our answer will never change: premium quality products, standardized recipes, stunning consistency and natural flavor!

Founded within Top Roasters Premium Coffee, headquartered in Ataşehir, Istanbul, ADAM'S COOKIES continues its efforts to become the most well-known cookie brand in Turkey.

Top Roasters Premium Coffee established its 700m2 facility in Ataşehir, Istanbul in February 2019 as an important part of the 3rd generation coffee culture with the experience gained from the café sector, which it started in 2015. As the coffees that it roasted and blended with its own techniques were appreciated by everyone, it started to produce syrups, fruit sauces, beverage powders and decorative sauces used in cafe beverage production. In this process, it added machinery, equipment sales support and technical services for café owners. With the appreciation of café concepts, it expanded its services with turnkey projects and brand consultancy.

In early 2022, it continues its services in a 1200m2 coffee factory with a monthly roasting capacity of 40 tons of coffee, a large cafe bar including barista trainings, and all the machinery and equipment needed by cafes from A to Z.

Top Roasters Premium Coffee continues to be the power behind many popular coffee brands with 20 turnkey projects and consultancy services it has delivered so far since its establishment. Our company, which has reached the stage of completing its corporate work, has decided to realize the ADAM'S COOKIES franchise store demands evaluated in 2023 and to open the stores in 2024. As ADAM'S COOKIES, we have a target of 15 branches in Turkey within the first year. After successfully completing the franchise process in Turkey, it is aimed to spread this delicious cookie chain in the international market. The franchise system we have created with a corporate perspective and a solid teamwork behind this rapid growth; It has created an easy-to-manage store logic for both those from the gastronomy branch and those from outside.
