Our target for 2024 is to brand and expand our AGAHOĞLU network with showcase branches in 5 important locations, namely Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya and Bursa. Our goal for 2028 is to bring our natural and traditional home baklava and tray ravioli to international food chains and bring a Turkish brand to the sector. What makes our tray ravioli special is that the meat is visible. The meat used is made from the most special part of the local highland-fed veal and sauced with bone marrow broth cooked for 12 hours in the wood fire of the karafır.
KIBBEH (KIBBEH)
Boiled kitel style and handmade. The meat used is made from lamb fed in the local Norduz Plateau and flavored with natural spices.

It is a meaty healing soup made with bone marrow broth and organic home yogurt.
