Founded in 2006 by 6 partners, b-fit currently has 7 partners. b-fit's majority of shares were acquired by Burcu Topal, the owner of the brand's Osmaniye Kadirli headquarters, as of May 2023. b-fit's mission is to serve to increase the physical and mental strength of women by giving women of all age groups and income levels the habit of doing sports.

Working to increase women's power in economic life by supporting women's entrepreneurship and creating employment for women, b-fit aims to increase women's awareness of their own lives and their environment through social activities and projects, and to help women lead a healthy and happy life.
