The beginning of our journey is based on a long flavor research. We traveled from city to city, street to street. We studied and experimented for years and finally we managed to come up with the best pastry!

Everyone calls it Adana Böreği, we call it "Uzayan Börek". We thinly process 18 layers of baklava dough and combine it with 3 kinds of local cheese of the highest quality.

Bosnian Böreği, which feels like a mother's touch, and Kol Böreği and Su Böreği for those who cannot give up the classics have also taken their place on our menu.

With the new recipes we have developed over time, we have also caused some extraordinary events to take place in the pastry universe. First, we brought Uzayan Börek together with honey and peanuts, then with chocolate and finally with white chocolate. We are proud to bring you the sweetest versions of Uzayan Börek.

This extraordinary recipe discovery, which started with Uzayan Börek, continues with the yogurt and butter sauce served with cheddar sauce and Bosnian Böreği.
