With the Express concept we have developed, we have switched to the self-service model by keeping the number of personnel, business setup and fixed costs low.

By keeping our profit margin low, we have realized a significant increase in our daily kg sales. With this move, we have made our meat doner between bread suitable for every budget by reducing the wastage rate in doner. We said, "Let's earn less, let's earn from the version" and when we reached a certain number per day; We have also overcome the perception of "meat doner at this price". In addition, people need shelter and food and drink in order to continue their lives. With a price of 6 TL (55-60 gr) and 8 TL (95-100 gr) between bread, the biggest advantage of our Express concept is that it is not affected by any economic conditions. Our biggest feature that distinguishes us from other competing doner brands in Turkey is that we do not sell carbonated beverages in our branches, while defending the principle of "HUMAN HEALTH FIRST" under all circumstances and working with determination without compromising in this direction.
