EPA Emlak Pazarlama Gayrimenkul Yatırım ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. is a real estate franchising company established in 2017 with 100% domestic capital.

Our main goal in our establishment is to offer our franchise offices the services that foreign franchise companies in Turkey are committed to, with an ethical approach, without compromising the value we place on expertise, and with a better quality understanding than theirs. Working with an accessible "companion" system without burdening our offices financially and adopting a sustainable approach with the responsibility of being a local brand are also important parts of our founding purpose.

EPA unites our colleagues who are principled and do their best in the real estate sector under a "family roof". Closely following the socioeconomic developments in Turkey and the world, EPA integrates innovations in the sector and communication technologies into its service processes, bringing a different service understanding to the real estate sector.
