Started in 1960 in Eskisehir under the name Yasin Sucukları, today we continue to keep our story alive under the Yasin Gurme brand with 116 kinds of products such as meat and delicatessen products, dairy products, olives and olive oil, all of which are our own production. We produce all our products in the traditional way, fermented, without using any chemical additives and preservatives. We combine our values and the same traditional production methods that we have preserved since the first day we were founded with the quality and hygiene standards offered by technology.

We process our meat products in our factory in Eskişehir and our dairy and olive products in our facility in Balıkesir. Although we have an industrial production capacity, we maintain our boutique and traditional production philosophy. We proudly declare that we do not use any synthetic additives, fillers such as starch, chemicals such as oil and water retainers, flavorings, etc. in our products, and we certify this with tests conducted by independent organizations. In addition to traditional products such as sausage, pastrami, roasting, butter and cheese, we offer our patented and award-winning products such as meat jam, snack sausage, flavored butter, artisan appetizers and coffee-based desserts called Kahle, which we have managed to produce with the same values as a result of years of R&D studies, to our customers in our branches and online channels.

Finally, with the Food Nook brand, which we launched in 2024, we offer our own delicatessen products in the form of Sandwiches and Rolls with a new concept by combining them with our unique artisanal flavors called Garny.

Without compromising the values we have believed in since day one, we aim to walk together with entrepreneurs who will enable this understanding and our products to reach more people, while preserving our production approach that makes us different and gives us strength. In this journey, we offer three different concepts of cooperation options under the Yasin Gurme roof. 1st Yasin Gurme Delicatessen It is a store selling packaged and bulk Yasin Gurme Delicatessen products, all of which are our own production. 2nd Yasin Gourmet Lounge It is a restaurant concept that offers breakfast and grill products prepared with Yasin Gourmet delicatessen products as well as the sale of Yasin Gourmet delicatessen products. 3rd Food Nook Roll & Sandwich A restaurant concept designed for the sale of rolls and sandwiches.

Suitable for self-service, take-away and takeaway options. In addition, packaged Yasin Gourmet Deli products and Garny are sold. Our own deli products and original Garnys are used in Roll and Sandwich varieties. All raw materials are supplied by us, prepared and presented by the dealer. Our central team designs, implements, trains, supervises and promotes the concept. In the projects we plan to franchise in all major cities, we consider that busy bazaars are suitable for Yasin Gourmet Delicatessen, neighborhoods with relatively high income levels for Yasin Gourmet Lounge, and neighborhoods with young people, universities and working life for Food Nook Roll & Sandwich.
