Dr. Rıza Erol, the company’s sole shareholder and manager, has approximately 16 years of field experience in the food industry since 2000. During this time, he has been active in the establishment, development, and improvement of food facilities and has provided professional consulting services to over 2,000 businesses. Through his work in the areas of food regulations, food safety, traceability, quality management systems, and operational improvement, he has had the opportunity to closely analyze the sector’s structural dynamics and on-site needs.

Dr. Rıza Erol’s industry experience is further supported by his strong academic background. Erol, who holds a master’s degree in food trade, completed his doctoral studies on e-food trade. This combination ensures that traditional food industry practices are integrated with academic approaches in digitalization and e-commerce within the company’s operations.
