Golden Horse Coffee

In 2021, we opened our first store in Çanakkale Kıyı Shopping Mall to share our passion for coffee. Our goal was to bring quality coffee to a wider audience and become a part of this culture. Since then, we have been working to serve good coffee fresh, tell the story of each bean and create a common space with coffee lovers.

As Golden Horse Coffee, in order to save time for our guests and to help them use their precious time in the best, most comfortable and efficient way, we preferred "self-service" as a service method and adopted the goal of maximum product in minimum time.

We asked our architects to prepare a minimalist, ergonomic project using natural materials and to emphasize the color of gold, the most precious color that will make our guests feel valuable and unique, by integrating it into our basic colors.

At Golden Horse Coffee, we use the Direct Trade principle to source coffee directly from the producers. This method allows us to establish a direct relationship with the producers and share the origin of our coffee beans with you in an open and transparent way.

We source our coffee beans from various regions of the world, from Colombia to Costa Rica. Each region's unique climate and geographical features allow coffee beans to develop different aromas and flavors. As Golden Horse, we bring the unique characters of each region to your cup.

We select the best coffees from farmers and roast them fresh in our own roasting center, constantly updating the roasting profiles with our expert roasting team. For us, quality coffee is fresh coffee. We apply the most advanced roasting techniques.

In this journey, we have adopted the slogan "GOLDEN COFFEE GOLDEN HOUR" as a guide to keep our founding philosophy in mind and to shed light on our path.

Golden Horse Coffee is a self-service, premium coffee focused franchise brand. Our model is based on low staffing, centralized supply and standardized operations.

Franchisees are offered turnkey installation, training, opening support and continuous operational support. Golden Horse Coffee has a franchising model that targets investors and predictable costs, high turnover potential and sustainable profitability.
