In the 2000s, Bi'Gözde Börekçilik, which wants to act according to this new understanding of consumption, has started to work with national companies and catering companies with the changing and developing market conditions, increasing consumption awareness and changing the direction of the meeting point with the consumer. It has decided to produce in a new modern facility that wants to prioritize customer satisfaction and requests without compromising quality and standard production conditions at the right time for increasing domestic and foreign customer demands.

Currently, Bi'Gözde Börekçilik has a 1500 m2 closed area and has a daily production processing capacity with qualified personnel in its facilities and has a hygienic infrastructure that uses the world technology in its production, with food safety management system certificates, quality control is given utmost importance in all stages of production. Bi'Gözde Börekçilik, which keeps the quality of production above all else, has set the main goal of growing together with its producers, producers, employees, integrating with its consumers, wanting to have a say in the national arena and becoming a national brand in the first place, and increasing its determination and efficiency with its employees.
