Our experience in the industrial kitchen sector has been shaped by the logic of why we do not produce the products we wish we had. Our journey, which we started with restaurant management in the 1980s, continued its activities by opening 17 different branches in cities such as Northampton, Rugby, Hinckley, Leamingthon SPA in England in 1996. Based on the sectoral deficiencies in fried chicken products in Turkey, we founded Makfry in 2011 and started to produce the machines that everyone needs. Today, we continue to grow with our machines in kitchens in more than 70 countries. Today, as Makfry Group, we have a wide range of products under the Makfry brand in the production of industrial kitchen equipment. Our product range extends from pressure fryers to hot holding units, from panelizing units to open fryers, from marinating machines to chip resting units and toasters. Moreover, all of these products are produced with the understanding of domestic and national production.
Makfry realizes the design and software processes of the machines in a completely domestic and original way. While the design of our products is realized by our in-house engineers, digital card design is realized through design processes. Our software teams, on the other hand, develop software that will ensure the most efficient and user-friendly operation of the machines. In addition, Makfry Group's R&D departments are constantly working on the control and development processes of our products. Our R&D team continuously tests and develops our existing products, while also working on new products and technologies. This continuous innovation and development approach enables Makfry Group to maintain its leading position in the industrial kitchen equipment sector. We have a large production capacity where every restaurant that aims to produce fried chicken can find the equipment and products they need with us.
