In 2020, Joure Perfume decided to bring its experience abroad to Turkey and has been producing in an area of 1100m2 in Ankara. In its production facility, which has passed the certification of all institutions and organizations such as IFRA, GMP, ISO, Ministry of Health, it produces perfume, cologne, ambient fragrance, air freshener, body lotion, hair perfume, scented candle, soap, etc. in its product range.

WHAT IS A GUARANTEED RETURN INVESTMENT?
Every investment to be made commercially aims for return and financial gain. As Joure Perfume, we offer 'zero risk' to every investor who will join our brand through dealership by guaranteeing profit.
We guarantee investors who want to be their own boss or change the sector in their current workplace a return on their investment in a short time by offering a profit guarantee.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
The person/companies that apply to our company to get a dealership firstly find a suitable location that will be commercially profitable. Then, a turnkey store is offered to our dealer with the necessary decoration process.

A dealership agreement is signed to guarantee the investment made by both parties. In this contract, the earnings guarantee that will guarantee the investment made by the party receiving the dealership is legally registered.

As a result of the investment made, the profit-guaranteed investment system is activated within the month following the opening of the store, and the investor has the opportunity to focus on his business away from all risks.

UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS ARE EARNINGS GUARANTEED?
If the amount remaining after deducting rent, insurance costs of one employee, electricity, internet costs and product cost from the monthly sales amount is below the profit guarantee, the guaranteed amount will be paid to the investor. The most important and only condition of the guaranteed profit investment is that the franchisee operates the store himself/herself.

HOW MUCH RETURN IS GUARANTEED FOR HOW MUCH INVESTMENT?
The profit-guaranteed investment system is entered with a turnkey store with 290th000 TL. It is guaranteed by our company to earn the amount invested within 24 months, which is a return period that is considered good in commercial terms. The monthly earnings guarantee is 12500 TL for 24 months. The person / company that receives the dealership can optionally receive the product or the price in cash in return for 12500 TL. When the dealer person / companies want to terminate the contract at the end of 24 months, the company undertakes to take over the business.
