Our journey; In 1974, Kordon, one of the most beautiful places in Izmir, Kardeşler Buffet embraced its first branch and grew like a child, creating flavors that would not fit in its container. Most of the celebrities who participated in the famous and glittering Izmir Fair of the period would definitely go down to Kordon every evening and eat the sandwiches of Kardeşler Buffet while staying at the Izmir Palas hotel.

As time progressed, Mustafa Arslan, who had been working alongside his older brothers since his childhood, took the helm of Kardeşler Büfe in 1983. The legend of the Mixed Egg Sandwich covered the whole of Izmir and Turkey in the same period. After years passed, the 2nd branch was opened in 2017 in Üçyol / İzmir. In 2018, the success of multiple branch management with Izmir Bostanlı branch and Güzelyalı branch increased the unstoppable dealership demands of Kardeşler Buffet. The main goal; Kardeşler Büfe, which is to win together, will continue to make both its customers and dealers happy.
