Started in 2004 under the leadership of Serkan Soykan, our story continues to grow with dozens of players joining us. In those years, we created our healthy, delicious and satisfying product concept with our dream of going beyond the ordinary in shopping centers. As a first step, we presented it to our guests in Izmir Agora Shopping Mall.

With our transparent working approach, we prepared our products in open kitchens that our customers could see. Preparing fresh products in hygienic environments was one of the reasons why we were preferred. We reinforced this understanding by obtaining the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Systems certificate.

Thanks to the positive feedback we have received from our customers, our adventure continues without slowing down, from Manisa to Balıkesir, from Marmaris to Istanbul and Kosovo, with Izmir as the center. While establishing our general service and product understanding, we give our priority to customer satisfaction as on the first day.

As Macaroni Express, we are ready to share all our experience in the sector with you, our valuable investors. Aiming to add value to our investors, we pay attention to the correct functioning of the processes by conducting detailed interviews with all possible franchise candidates.
