Founded in 1977 by two partners as a sole proprietorship in Adapazarı, Meşhur Safranbolu Lokumcusu has continued its activities in Yalova since 1982. In 1995, Eren Gıda Mad. Tourism San and Tic. Ltd. Şti, our company, which has transitioned to a corporate identity under the name of Eren Gıda Mad. Şti, has opened its first stores in Maltepe, Istanbul by taking the trademark registration. Meşhur Safranbolu Lokumcusu, which has never changed its production line until today, has continued to produce Turkish delight with Safranbolu style and has become a boutique brand. All of its products are produced with natural nuts, dried fruits and extracts, and products that require coloring are produced with organic food dyes. The product range does not contain any chemical or synthetic additives such as thickeners, preservatives, flavoring flavors, glucose, corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, food dyes and colorants. The daily production capacity of the company is 2,500 kg and it carries out its production in accordance with all food production standards and with an innovative approach in its production facility with a closed area of 1000 m2. Until 2013, the company expanded its sales activities in its own stores and established a corporate sales team to meet the Turkish delight needs of corporate companies. In this way, it provides services to very valuable corporate brands such as industry, banking, construction, tourism, palaces, chain stores, schools and cake/cafe groups, each in its own category. Since 2014, our company has started exporting to many countries, especially the Middle East and the Far East, and nowadays our most intensive exports are to the UK market. As of 2018, when the performances of the stores it operates were evaluated and started to be in demand, the project of expanding with the franchise system came to the agenda and the company started to work on this project. The goal of our company, which already has 3 franchises in Ankara, 3 franchises in İzmir highway Oksijen facilities and 3 franchises in Istanbul, is to carry the brand "Meşhur Safranbolu Lokumcusu" to the future with the franchising system and to present the Turkish delight culture to the taste of consumers for generations in its own production standards.
