In 2015, the story of a young and inquisitive entrepreneur in Kadıköy Moda, which started in a small shop with a small kitchen and a small shop with trial and error method and then professional trainings, continues on its way with its new location and improved kitchens and professional staff in 2019.

Moda Chocolatier produces its own specialty chocolates, fillings, pralines and desserts and all recipes are its own. The growth target of the brand is to grow with the same quality and service understanding in the right locations and stores with its investors.

As Moda Chocolatier, our starting philosophy in the chocolate & coffee concept is to present traditional flavors with common palate taste in modern environments and methods. Our goal is to bring these common flavors to more people. The best way to do this is to share our experience and knowledge with the right methods. The best way to do this is the franchise method, which we think is investor + experience.

We are planning stores in three different concepts:

  1. Specialty Chocolate, Coffee and Grab-and-Go Desserts Kiosk concept shop in shopping malls and busy locations.
  2. Specialty Chocolate, Dessert and Coffee concept shop in small m² areas.
  3. Breakfast, Brunch, Specialty Chocolate, Coffee and Dessert concept shop in large m² areas.
