NOVOMOBİL is a brand belonging to Altar Group, an Authorized Refurbishment Center that started its activities as of 2021 and was entitled to receive a license by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey. Novomobil, a subsidiary of Altar Grup Sistem Danışmanlık ve Tic. A.Ş., second-hand electronic devices purchased from the user are examined by professional teams, quickly repaired with quality spare parts and offered for sale as Refurbished Products with a 12-month warranty. The refurbished products contribute to the reduction of imports and electronic waste and contribute to the consumer economy thanks to their affordable prices compared to new products. Altar Group has been providing insurance, repair and warranty services for one of the largest electronics chains in Turkey since 2012 and repairs more than 150,000 units of technological devices such as cell phones, tablets and computers annually. Within the scope of insurance and warranty services, it carries out electronic device repair, end-to-end damage management, sales and insurance, execution of operational activities and assistance consultancy services.
