PlanetKonsept brand is owned by Planet Decoration Design San. Tic. AŞ. started its activities in 2011.

Founded in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul by brothers Serkan and Aylin Ateş to make and market professional aquarium and water decorations, Planet Decoration has contributed to more than a thousand projects in Turkey and abroad with its products and solutions.

- Planet Decoration, which differentiates itself especially with its engineering and applications in water decoration products, has grown by developing location-specific water decorations with architects, contractors and business owners. Over time, when the professionals they worked with demanded water decorations for their own households, home type water decorations were also included in the product range.

- Planet Decoration, which carries out marketing activities with the Planet PASD brand, created the PlanetKonsept brand in 2022 upon franchising and dealership demands from entrepreneurs.

Until this year, Planet Decoration has marketed and sold its products itself under the brand name Planet PASD, and has not sold through sub-sellers (dealers).

- Architects, contractors, businesses and households who saw Planet PASD products on site reached Planet Decoration through the Planetpasd.com website and made purchases.

- Upon increasing demand, Planet Decoration decided to switch to a dealership system in 2023 in order to bring its products together with users and developed the PlanetKonsept brand.

- PlanetKonsept is a product and merchandising brand that offers complementary decoration products for all kinds of indoor and outdoor areas, especially water decorations.

- It has products in standard sizes and can also offer products in special sizes for projects.

- Target Audience; interior designers, architects, contractors, decoration professionals, employers renovating their workplaces and homeowners renovating their homes.

- Examples of workplaces; Hotels, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Restaurants, Bars, Hairdressers, Beauty Centers...etc

6 types of dealership models have been determined for PlanetKonsept. The following franchise models are mentioned below

The commercial obligations and responsibilities of dealers are different in each of the models.

- Corner Dealer: A business that displays at least 3 PlanetKonsept products in a corner of its store and sells all products in the PlanetKonsept catalog.

- Wall Dealer: A business that reserves one wall of its store for the display of PlanetKonsept products and sells all products in the PlanetKonsept catalog by displaying at least 6 products on this wall.

- Exclusive Dealer: A business that dedicates one wall of its store and a part of the middle display areas to the display of PlanetKonsept products and sells all products in the PlanetKonsept catalog by displaying at least 10 products in these areas.

- Franchise Dealers: A business that exhibits and sells only PlanetKonsept products in its store, whose interior and exterior (including the signboard) are designed according to the PlanetKonsept merchandising concept, and operates under PlanetKonsept merchandising rules. It is divided into three types:

- Mini Franchise Dealer: A franchisee with a store display area between 50 and 150 square meters.

- Midi Franchise Dealer: A franchisee with a store display area between 150 and 350 square meters.

- Maxi Franchise Dealer: A dealer whose store has a display area between 350 and 600 square meters.

- PlanetKonsept aims to reach 20 corner dealers, 8 wall dealers and 3 exclusive dealers in at least 20 cities by 2024.

- Franchising for PlanetKonsept will start in 2025.
