Raion Sushi was born in line with the market needs of the rapidly developing gastronomy sector in our country in recent years, as well as the interest of the younger generation under the age of 35, especially in Far Eastern cuisine, and the desire of this audience to eat good, high quality and boutique sushi, unlike chain Far Eastern restaurants that are now mass-produced, our menu, which is suitable for many tastes, consisting of original and fusion recipes of Japanese cuisine, attracted attention in a short time in Ankara, our headquarters, due to its presentation and taste. Our businesses serve at different addresses in 4 different concepts that we call Sushi Restaurant, special design Sushi vehicle, Sushi Bar and Ghost Kitchen.
