Mehmet MERCAN is a man of heart who realized that doner is not just a meal and established the first and only association of the sector in this regard and made continuous projects for the improvement of the doner sector under the roof of the association, registered it with the title of traditional product name and brought it to our country and registered our traditional doner, which has an ancient history, in the cultural heritage national inventory and set the professional standards. Reis döner has achieved great success in the doner sector in a short time with its experienced staff and has brought a quality and a standard to the sector.
