And most importantly, putting customer satisfaction first. Franchise Process A franchise pre-application form is filled out by the candidate. Based on the form evaluated by SAYREM, a first mutual interview is held with the candidate. If available, the candidate location is visited and a feasibility study is carried out. If the candidate and the candidate location are suitable, an architectural project is drawn. Then the architectural project implementation starts. Recruitment and training of personnel is directed by SAYREM. Every stage of the process until the opening is supported and controlled by SAYREM operations team and all necessary guidance is provided.
