Abdullah Aydemir was born in Diyarbakir in 1984 and spent his childhood in the kitchen and decided to develop himself in this sector.

At the age of 18-19, Abdullah Aydemir assumed great responsibilities in the restaurants he worked in. Although he learned each of the local dishes from his master with the subtleties, he continued his development without stopping, constantly tasting and tasting new flavors. He took his first step in the frying sector as an assistant in the kitchen. He started an adventure that he both practiced as a child and discovered new flavors, and he is proud to be remembered for his 24 years of experience, perseverance and taste. Between 2000-2014, he worked as a foreman in Ukraine, Russia and Iraq. In 2015, he combined his ways with Mustafa Güventürk and put his flavors into service as "Tavacı Abdullah" in Kırıkkale province.

With carefully seasoned meats, always smiling face and working with a disciplined team, it managed to make a sound in Kırıkkale. They carried the success achieved to Bayraklı district of Izmir province in 2020. Abdullah Usta decided to bring his unique flavors, which he kneaded with his experience, first to all Turkey and then to the countries of the world.

Tavacı Abdullah Aydemir continues to serve the local flavors of Diyarbakır, where he was born and raised, such as fried hair, fried gerdan, fried shank, stuffed ribs and stuffed eggplant with sour with his unique methods in Izmir.
