Biyo-Sam, with its registered brands The Coffee Warehouse and Kaphi Turkish Coffee, provides modern solutions to the wholesale coffee needs of out-of-home consumption channels. Located in Istanbul, with a monthly roasting capacity of 225 tons of coffee, Biyo-Sam combines traditional coffee production with the 21st century European coffee roasting production school. We import the same green coffee ourselves, only from cooperatives and farmers of our own choosing.

Importing our own coffee brings quality standardization and price advantages. Our mission in coffee is to respond to the demands of every coffee lover with a variety of products at different price scales that will appeal to all areas where coffee is consumed. From a local filter coffee in a white-collar office to a small tea garden where you can drink coffee in the embers, from a 5-star hotel to a user who wants to have a 3rd Generation coffee experience at home, our mission is to produce coffee at an affordable price level that meets the demands of every segment and person. We are currently meeting the coffee needs of more than 300 out-of-home consumption channels in Istanbul and we continue our service non-stop with our own distribution and marketing network.
