Chateraise is a Japanese-style French patisserie founded in 1955 in Yamanashi, Japan, which has grown to more than 650 stores to date. In 2012, it opened its first international store in the Netherlands. It then expanded to Singapore, Taiwan and, in 2016, to the United Arab Emirates.
