Our brand, which is one of the pioneers of the famous traditional Silivri yogurt, introduced this flavor first to Istanbul and then to Marmara in a short time. Our aim is to bring these flavors to all of Turkey. Our founder, our esteemed elder Ali Haydar Efendi, laid the foundations of our company by transporting the products from Silivri to Karaköy in large trays accompanied by boats in those years. This unique flavor, obtained untouched from animals raised in the unique geography of Thrace, continues to be brought to your tables with devotion by our family.
The fabricated production of pot yogurt and black yeast, which are the cornerstones of our brand, was first made in Arslan facilities, and it is the last representative of the traditional Silivri yogurt, which continues to be produced in fabricated form. In 2020, Arslan became the company with the largest yogurt and buttermilk production capacity in Thrace by incorporating Tezcanlar Süt Ürünleri brand, another local brand, and has a monthly milk production capacity of 4 thousand tons in its newly taken over and renovated state-of-the-art production facility. Arslan, the only yogurt brand to have a festival organized in its name, always manages to be the 'first' and keeps its pioneering spirit alive by organizing the Silivri yogurt festival traditionally in July every year and by offering special tastings to the people of Istanbul.
