Bi But Kebab While creating the brand; inspired by the "artisan restaurant" culture, we have developed a conceptual menu suitable for traditional tastes in this brand, whose priority is the public, and this menu has been modernized in accordance with the consumption age. In this way, it has become our main goal to bring our people to the traditional taste, to convey the service correctly and to ensure that they leave "Bi But Kebab" satisfied with the product price.

So much so that, as a business with this culture; in the name preference, we were inspired by the local flavor of "chicken thigh kebab", a Konya flavor; while designing the logo, we blended the colors of the fire coming out of our traditional ovens and transferred them to our main figure, the chicken, which means "one". "From the traditional oven"... We hope that we can convey this vision to you in the right way at the right time, based on traditions and local flavors.

1st ONLINE APPLICATION
Your application on the website will be evaluated by the relevant departments and an information e-mail and a preliminary protocol will be sent to you. After reviewing the preliminary protocol, the relevant department will contact you for an appointment.

2nd PRE PROTOCOL
It is sent to you after the application to get to know you better and to have preliminary information about your commercial structure.

3rd LOCATION REVIEW
After the preliminary protocol, a meeting is held with the relevant department and the franchise candidate. The potential restaurant and its surroundings are examined.

4th CONTRACT
The contract is signed after the parties agree on the location and conditions.

5th ROLL PURCHASE / PROJECT
Within a maximum of 1 week after the contract, the architectural team goes to the store for leveling and the project drawing starts.

6th COST / PROJECT PRESENTATION
A presentation is made including 3D images of the project and the layout plan. After the approval of the project in the presentation, a net cost study is made and presented to the investor.

7th CONSTRUCTION
After investment approval, the relevant construction site teams are directed to the project. It is not possible for the investor to implement the project himself/herself. It is obligatory to work with contracting companies accredited by Bi But Kebap. This method will both speed up the project, guarantee that the project complies with the standards, and provide cost advantage to the investor.

8th EDUCATION & ADVERTISING
After the construction project plan is finalized, the branch manager and staff are hired. Bi But Kebap's field advertising agency conducts inspections in the region, prepares the pre-opening advertising work and manages the implementation process.

9th OPENING & CONTROL
Before the opening, regular visits are made by Bi But Kebap controllers and deficiencies are eliminated. After the approval of Bi But Kebap architectural team, the opening process starts.
