With the spirit of entrepreneurship, when the brothers decided to start their own business with the support of their parents, they opened the first production and sales counter together with their uncle, who was a pastry master, because they were underage.

As a mobile pastry stall, they brought many neighborhoods of Istanbul together with their crispy, hot and fresh pastries...

They both produced and sold...

Soon shops were added to shops.

With the shop in Çengelköy, the name of the legendary brand was given to the then Uncle Musa of Çengelköy and his father:Çengelköy Börekci...

The taste of Çengelköy, one of the most distinguished districts of Istanbul, and Börekçi became almost competitors. Çengelköy Börekçi became one of the favorite places for gourmets. It grew and developed along with Istanbul and its flavor never changed... Now the 80s are remembered as pleasant memories. Çengelköy Börekçisi continues to be a pleasant voice from the 80s with its new branches. Since then, Çengelköy Börekçisi has been striving to offer its unique flavor in a clean and fresh way by improving its standards with quality ingredients.

The feasibility of the store that our business partners who apply for Çengelköy Börekçisi franchise are considering to open is made, and if it is suitable, a survey is taken and designed with our architect. After the design, the investment budget is forwarded to the person for whom the franchise is requested, and the store installation starts after the approval is submitted.
