The combination of this dream with the atmosphere of a historical mansion made the identity of our brand unique.
Coffee in Munchies came to life in a historical building dating back to the 1800s, located in the Buca district of Izmir. With its warm atmosphere, quiet working areas, concept that accompanies intimate conversations by the fireplace and peaceful garden, it has become one of the indispensable meeting points of its guests in a short time.
Our brand is based on high quality standards, a strong product range and a sustainable customer satisfaction approach. In addition to our coffees prepared with carefully selected quality coffee beans, our croissants prepared with specially made Belgian chocolate and our unique dessert varieties attract great interest. We prioritize quality, taste and presentation experience in every product.

With our growing structure across Turkey, we provide end-to-end support for each investor to manage the process in a professional and controlled manner.
Our franchise process consists of 5 basic stages in total:
In the first stage, a preliminary meeting is held with the franchise candidate and detailed information is provided about the brand structure, investment model, operation processes and expectations. All necessary documents regarding the process are sent to the investor candidate.
In the second stage, potential locations are evaluated together with the investor. Detailed feasibility studies are carried out by taking into account the pedestrian and vehicle traffic of the region, the target customer group, the surrounding brand analysis and the takeaway potential. Thus, the most suitable location for the brand and the investor is determined.
In the third stage, the franchise agreement is signed and the project process is initiated. Coffee in Munchies' experienced architectural team prepares the concept projects of the store. Modern, functional and high customer experience store designs are created in line with the brand identity.
In the fourth stage, construction, production and installation processes are managed by professional teams. Within an average of 40-60 days, the store is ready for turnkey operation.
In the final phase, the franchise investor and store staff are provided with comprehensive training on operations, product preparation, recipe management, customer experience and sales processes. While active support is provided during the opening process, the Coffee in Munchies central team continues to provide regular support for sustainable growth after the operation starts.
