Drawing attention with its special formula with kadayif coating, kunefe cheese and light sherbet, Künefito also promises a different experience to gastronomy lovers with its salty snacks with cheese. Künefito is the locomotive of our brand and is the locomotive of the company.
This sherbet dessert is a light sherbet snack with an innovative twist on the traditional künefe dessert with künefe cheese inside and crispy kadayif coating outside. Franchise system sells for the dessert group.
There are 4 types of sales strategies. One of them is a Master Franchise for künefe dessert (Künefito) for an average 8 square meter shop. In accordance with this concept, we give Master Franchise in the form of a ready decorated horse carriage (original phaeton). It is delivered to the requested sales location together with gastronomy and billboards by making feasibility and providing decoration and architectural support.
Another sales strategy is to sell our products by selling a Corner Franchise to an existing restaurant or a kiosk with a deep fryer. At the same time, retail sales are aimed by making agreements with chain restaurants.
As e-commerce, we have sales on our website and marketplaces. It is also aimed to realize the sales of coffee (Morry Coffee), which we also roast, in the franchised locations.
