The story of Mixsos started in 2016, but before that, we spent a long period of 2 years on R&D studies. Thus, we created Mixsos sauce, our special mayonnaise and Mixsos-style marinade that distinguish us from other brands. In 2018, we took our first step into franchising and started opening new branches, first in the Black Sea region and then in Central Anatolia.
Our goal was to grow twice the previous year every year. As part of our growth strategy, we expanded our Mixsos family by creating big investors from small investors.
Now, with 35 branches and 300 employees, we aim to first become one of the most valuable brands in Turkey and then expand to the world. We are working non-stop to grow the Mixsos family with new investors and entrepreneurs and to make everyone taste the very special Mixsos flavor.
