The reason why Niyazibey is a sought-after restaurant is the Iskender kebab and perde pilaf prepared with its own unique recipes. The reason why there have been few branches for half a century is that he does not want to give his recipe. Apart from this, it has been serving its customers for half a century with many flavors from delicious kebab varieties to soups, breakfast and desserts.
We opened our first restaurant in 1965 in Aksaray under the name "İskender 1,2,4...".
We registered our name as Niyazibey in 1994 due to name similarity with other brands.
