FRANCHISE PROCESS

Information Retrieval:
Pastannecim franchisee candidates can get information via phone and e-mail.

Application:
Franchise candidates fill out the application information form for application.

Pre-Interview
Applicants with a suitable profile are invited to our company for a preliminary interview. Candidates are asked for a business plan.

Candidate Selection:
Franchise candidates are evaluated and selected among candidates who have an entrepreneurial spirit, will add value to our brand, are open to innovations and will personally stand at the head of their business.

Location:
The franchise candidate determines a location recommended by our company officials or determined by himself/herself. The physical and commercial conditions of the location are inspected by the company officials.

Contract:
The franchise agreement is signed for a period of 5 years.

Rental and Project Implementation:
After renting the right location, the construction period is 45 days.

Education:
While the construction process of the business continues, the franchisee is supported by our company's management staff in personnel selection and training. At least 2-week theoretical and practical training process starts.

Opening:
In addition, support is provided by the parent company in the opening operation.
