Our story began on a tiny mobile table... That first step taken in 1960 has turned into a half-century-long success story today. It is good to be successful, but the taste of success by doing what you love is another beautiful thing.

Master Mehmet used to roam the streets selling sweets to the public on his mobile table. Producing, preparing flavors that made people happy and causing a smile on their faces made him happy. That's why he decided to leave his beloved table and embark on a journey in pursuit of bigger dreams.

Mehmet Usta started working as a journeyman in a baklava parlor in the Karafatma neighborhood of Adana. In a short time, he learned more, produced more flavors and eventually took over this baklava parlor. Mehmet Usta was known as Köse in his neighborhood. Everyone loved him and his desserts. That's why he named the salon he took over after Köse. That day, the foundations of a great brand were laid.

Master Mehmet raised his children like himself. He passed on to them the happiness of producing and his passion for his work. He carefully taught his children all the subtleties of his business and with their support, he reached more people.

The Köse brand had started to reach all over Turkey. Born in Adana, Köse had become a huge brand. This city with its culture, people and warmth had both inspired and supported this story.

We owe this city a debt of loyalty, the children thought. In 1990, they created Adana Baklava, also known as Köse Special. Adana Baklava, which is a little different from other types of baklava, accelerated the growth of the Köse brand even more. While this special flavor was loved by everyone, Adana was once again a source of inspiration in this story.

We have three different concepts that we can shape according to the dealer's interest in the sector:
