In October 2022, we created the Waffpir brand. We have been active in the sector for 5 years. We have been ahead of our competitors by updating the most special and different concepts of kumpir and waffle with today's conditions. By completing the deficiencies and mistakes of the products made by Ortaköy and our competitors, we have reached the real flavor of kumpir.

Each of our dealers should aim to provide maximum customer satisfaction with the training they receive from us. As a detailer, they must do their best to make the customers who prefer us happy and follow the guidelines given.

Why should a franchise investor choose your brand? What are the prominent benefits of your brand?
Among our competitors and in the current environment in Turkey, as a brand, we earn our dealers while buying first. The products we make, the materials we use and the flavor we use allow us to get ahead of our competitors. The waffle, which is currently served as frozen dough in the market, is made from bulk dough with a daily fresh special recipe under our brand.

Our other advantages are that the commissions on food platforms are lower than other restaurants, we always ensure that our competitors are always at the top of the ranking on the food platforms we work with under the brand awareness, and we always provide product shipments below the market when supplying products.

There are 5 branches in total, 3 of which belong to our brand.

What is your average gross and net profitability rate?
Gross 64%, net 60%.

What is your average cost per product?
Our cost per product (including staff, rent and invoices) is 70 TL.

How much do you charge for franchise (naming rights)?
250th000 TL

What is the duration of your franchise agreement?
The duration of the Waffpir franchise agreement is 3 years.

Do you do the turnkey construction of the branch or can the franchisee do it himself?
After the lease is signed, the construction process begins. What is your construction m² cost? Including fixtures and equipment, a minimum investment budget of 550th000 TL is required for approximately 80 m² area for turnkey construction.

What is your royalty rate?
5% of net turnover is collected.

Do you charge an advertising participation fee?
Advertising fees are charged in certain periods.

Do you provide location support? Do you charge a fee for this?
We provide full support on location. An analysis report is taken in the determined areas and free of charge assistance is provided for streets and alleys.

What are your brand's domestic and international location priorities?
First, a minimum of 10 branches will be opened on the Anatolian side, followed by the European side and then abroad. Germany and France are considered as abroad.

How many m² should the branch to be opened be?
Minimum 80 m²

How many different concepts do you have?
We have a single concept, the same concept is applied in all branches.

What do you think should be the minimum number of staff in a branch?
It may vary depending on the region and shop location. An average of 3 staff is sufficient.

Do you have a human resources pool? Do you work with such a solution partner?
No, no, no.

As a brand, what kind of support do you provide to your franchisees regarding personnel training?
We train for 3 weeks at our central branch. Half of the accommodation and travel costs for staff coming from outside the province are covered by the brand.

How is your system and software infrastructure? What kind of services do you offer to investors?
We use the software of the food portals that we actively use.

Do you have a call center?
No. However, all branches are organized with a single telephone routing.

Do you audit your suppliers?
Our suppliers are audited periodically.
