In 1970, I was born in Istanbul. I entered the real estate sector under Kartalkaya Construction, founded by our father Ziya Kaya with the philosophy of "lose everything but never lose people's trust in you". After graduating from Yildiz Technical University Faculty of Construction and Graduate School of Construction, I made a radical decision to enroll in Bilkent Business Administration Faculty, which I took the exams for.
I passed seven different exams in the same period of time and succeeded in becoming a financial advisor. For about seven years, I successfully managed the financial aspects of high & ouml;lçec real estate businesses. During this period, despite my busy work schedule, I completed my master's degree at Istanbul Aydın University Institute of Social Sciences. I wrote my master's thesis in 2018 on the effect of corporate branding of real estate companies on customer perception in the real estate sector.
In today's world, it is not enough for the real estate and construction sector to operate independently of technology. For this reason, we set out on a new path with the EMLAKPARK brand to spread the concept of real estate çagdaş real estate çılık, using the blessings of technology, together with our dealers, to the whole of Turkey. Now, I am delighted to share our more than half a century of company experience in the finance-real estate-construction üçgenre and my personal experience with Turkey and the whole world.
