Inspired by the nature of Thrace, Palivor Farm brings a sustainable living approach to its kitchen and opens its new restaurant in Istinye, Istanbul on Sunday, April 13. Designed with the concept of "Restaurant + Market", this new living space offers an escape in the center of city life in touch with nature.
The Palivor's Çiftliği, brought to life in collaboration with Spicy Gourmet Foods, is located at İstinye, Poligon Caddesi No:1’. With its countryside atmosphere designed in modern styles, its architecture in harmony with nature and its spacious interior and exterior areas, it promises visitors not only a dining experience but also a lifestyle.
RESTOR + MARKET: TWO YÜZÜ
Palivor Çiftliği İstinye brings flavors prepared with local products grown in the fertile lands of Thrace to the city. The menu reinterprets the popular flavors of Turkish and international cuisine with natural ingredients.
In the grocery store section, the most popular samples of the products offered in the restaurant are available for sale. Thrace's unique cheeses, gourmet olives, stone baked breads, homemade reçels and much more are on the shelves for those who want to set healthy tables.
PALIVOR BREAKFAST FEAST: MEET NATURE IN EVERY LOCATION
One of Palivor Çiftliği İstinye’s signature experiences, the Palivor Breakfast Banquet is not only a way to start the day, but also an invitation to share a philosophy of life based on nature, simplicity and quality. In this breakfast, prepared with local products without additives, Kırklareli’s özgün cheeses, çıtır gözlemeler cooked in köy butter, oak honey and homemade reçels bring nature’s all’s bounty to the table.

Palivor’s menüsü consists of dishes with character but without pretension. Naturalness and quality are at the forefront in every detail. Among the delicacies are the Mushroom Smash Burger, prepared with a special technique, and the juicy çevirme chicken made from free-range chicken with a crispy outside and juicy inside.
