Do you do the branch construction turnkey or can the franchisee do it himself? What is your construction m2 cost?  Approximately how much investment cost is required for turnkey construction including fixtures and equipment? Branch construction process is at the discretion of the investor. If desired, it is made turnkey with our existing çözüm partners. If desired, the investor can have it done, provided that the investor sticks to the project. The construction m2 cost varies according to the current store condition. The investment amount varies between a minimum of 750th000,00 TL and 3rd0th000,00 TL depending on the size of the store and its current condition.

Do you provide location support? Do you charge a fee for this? Do you make use of next generation applications and services for location identification? We provide location support. Where are your domestic locations for your brand from now on? Can you share your international expansion plans with us?
The provinces of Tüm Türkiye’s provinces are our priority. As we can serve with our brand in every city of Turkey, touristic regions such as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Eskişehir, Bursa and other big cities can be preferred. As for abroad, although there is no specific location, countries where the brand can be represented will be preferred.

Minimum 100 – 150 m2. We have a single çequal concept.

If requested, the necessary müdür, kitchen and service teams required for the branch operation can be hired with our support.

What kind of support do you provide as a brand to your franchise dealers regarding personnel training? All necessary theoretical and practical trainings are given to the personnel, especially to the investors, after the recruitment of personnel within the süreç içer. Two weeks of training was planned for Restaurant Müdürü and Chef de Cuisine positions; one week of training was organized for each of the other positions.

How is your system and software infrastructure? What kind of services do you offer to investors?
Akınsoft Cash and Stock System is used; instant turnover tracking, sales reports, ürün reports, loss reports, counting entries, invoice entries and many other reporting and statistical data are received.

Çdo you have a pain center?
We do not have a pain center. At the Headquarters, we have experienced officials who are interested in each unit and can be reached immediately when called.

Do you have your procurement audited?
Periodic supply visits are made by our Food Müh engineers and Quality unit.
