When and how was Tavuk Land established? Can you briefly tell us about your foundation story?
We started our journey in 1993 by giving gönül to taste, and since 2013 we have been continuing under the name of Tavuk Land. We are proud to be a part of the healthy fast food trend with our specially spiced chicken whose secret is hidden in its flavor, pasta with sauce, a favorite of every palate, and always fresh salad.
With the motto "The Master of Sauced Chicken", we process the world cuisine and our own kitchen together with our master chefs and offer it to our customers in the best way possible.

Can you tell us about your concept?
Our franchise system is based on Chicken with Sauce. We are assertive about this. Self Service concept is applied in our restaurants. Some of our restaurants have a seating area for our guests, and some of our restaurants use the shopping mall food court. We received a lot of positive feedback from our guests and it has been added to the favorite flavors group in the highly demanded ürünler category.
What franchise branches will you open this year and next year? Which provinces?
We want to increase our current number of 7 restaurants to 40 restaurants in 7 geographical regions of our country by the end of 2023 with the features that the new year will bring. In line with this mission, we will work with great love and excitement by adding our night to our day. In our company, where we adopt change and development as a principle, we aim to bring Chicken Land Express, which will be a new concept next to our Chicken Land brand. We are working on a special demo between bread that will take the satisfaction level of our customers one step further and will satisfy their palates with flavor and satisfy their eyes with our presentations.
Suitable locations?
60-80 m2 is enough for shopping malls without seating area and 100-150 m2 is enough for stores with seating area. For our street stores, at least 100-150 m2 with seating area is sufficient. A street or shopping mall store is determined in the city determined by our investor. The feasibility study of the store is completed by our company and shared with the investor. In case of mutual consent, store installation can be started.
Franchise entrance fee?
Franchise entry fee is 150th000,00 TL + VAT for 5 years in the first stage.
Total investment cost?
Our total investment cost varies according to the store condition. The minimum amount is between 1st0th000,00 TL and 3rd0th000,00 TL according to the m2 I mentioned above under the title of suitable location.
Monthly turnover target for branches?
Minimum between 350th000,00 TL and 700th000,00 TL (varies by store and location). Profit margin?
Because the overhead costs of our restaurants are variable, the break-even point is determined in our franchise agreements and the profit margin is determined by calculating profitability accordingly.
Royalty fee?
Royalty fee is 2.5% of the turnover.

At the store installation stage; an architectural project is prepared in accordance with our corporate identity. We leave it entirely to the investor's preference. All supply operations from A’ to Z’ come from our headquarters warehouse. We save the valuable time of the investor from ürün and price research. Staff trainings are given by master trainers by the Central Academy. Our month-end reports shed light on the investor. We determine in advance the measures that must be taken.
Do you have any international goals? Can you give information?
Of course we have projects abroad. We want to move forward with Master Franchise here. As a result of the negotiations we have made, the rest of the on-site production is on condition that we supply the remaining part from Türkiye2.
