Noir Pit Coffee is a specialty coffee shop where freshly  roasted  qualified  coffees are sold in bean  form  and  tütülmülmülmü. It has branches in Pera, Moda and Göktürk in Istanbul. The new branches to be opened must be at least 100 square meters, with high ceilings and exterior space. The investment cost is set at one thousand dollars per square meter. Demir says that a branch pays for itself in 2-5-3 years on average. The company is very meticulous in selecting franchisees. Entrepreneurs who will be included in the system will participate in an intensive training program during the specified periods. Before the construction of the branch starts, Papilla Gıda shares the construction costs with the investor and the store is delivered to the investor with the turnkey system from A to Z. At this stage, all expenses are shared transparently with the investor and Papilla Gıda does not charge any production commission. The brand's most important considerations when evaluating requests are the investor's financial capability, passion for good coffee, personal involvement in the business, or appointing managers with high business knowledge to be in charge.

Demir says, “We prefer a qualified and sustainable growth instead of a fast and uncontrolled growth”. In order to achieve this, teams of staff with strong backgrounds and creative qualities have been formed. For example, they personally visit important cooperative centers in Rwanda, Uganda and Indonesia in order to offer quality coffee in their stores. They are conducting investigations in these places. As a result of these researches, they procure Bourbon grade of first grade minimum 86 SCA cupping score, 100 percent origin Arabica coffees as green beans from altitudes of approximately 2000 meters. These green beans are roasted and packaged in Noir Pit stores in profiles suitable for the characteristics of the coffee. In addition, the coffees are brewed with Jamaican Blue Mountain, known as the "Rolls Royce", and Kopi Luwak coffees, known as the most expensive coffee in the world, are prepared with different brewing methods like all other coffees. Noir Pit offers its customers moka pot, french press, çequal brewing apparatus as well as coffee in order to provide a bütüncüncül coffee experience.

Social Responsibility Approach
