We offer flavor and service-oriented options to the end consumer instead of industrial burgers. The price policy is much lower than the home made concept, similar to industrial global brands and in some products even lower. This understanding makes us stand out more in the sector.

Öküz burger brand was founded in 2017 by Mustafa UVER. While the Uver family is a family company based in Osmaniye, which has been operating in the fields of animal husbandry, agriculture, advertising, media and textile for 25 years, it has introduced the burger, which is a global flavor, to the market as a local company by aiming to reach the end consumer, especially in the animal husbandry and agriculture sectors.
The investor should be a profile that is aware of the franchise system, has a good understanding of the system, has a professional commercial life, is disciplined and has the ability to represent the brand. One of the sales strategies of our brand is unlimited beverage preference. We produce our own food that we use in our products. As a brand class, we have created a synthesis of global endüstrial brands and boutique homemade burger concept. Instead of endüstrial burger, we offer flavor and service oriented choices to the end consumer. The price policy is in a range below the homemade concept, similar to endüstrial global brands and in some cases lower. This understanding makes us more competitive in the sector. Again, while an investment cost of 500th000 dollars is required for global brands, the cost of the investment in our sector requires much more realistic figures between 50th000 dollars and 125th000 dollars depending on the street or shopping mall concept. While we currently have 42 active branches in Turkey and 2 branches abroad in New York and Iraq, 10 more branches will join our chain, the locations of which we have determined and will open in the next 3 months.

No, we pay for central advertising and promotion. We provide agency support to the branches on a local basis. In the advertisements we make on a national basis, we share them among the branches.Do you provide location support? Do you charge a fee for this? Do you benefit from new generation applications and services for location determination?
We provide location support to prospective investors. There are real estate consultants we are accustomed to throughout the country. Apart from this, we evaluate the location examination with a computer program that contains statistical information (population distribution in the location, age income level, education level, public institutions, shopping malls, attractions, traffic density, etc.). We do not charge a fee for these exercises.
Our brand location preference is currently in the process of branching throughout the country, especially in büyük cities. Apart from this, there are still some regions throughout the country, especially in the eastern regions, where hamburgers do not enter. We want to offer this service to everyone with our own brand. Our master franchise negotiations abroad, especially in Russia and Türki republics, are still ongoing. There are serious investors who are interested in our brand and with whom we are in negotiations.
We want a minimum area of 50 m2 in the shopping mall concept and 200m2 in the street concept. We have 3 different concepts. Öküz burger mall concept, Öküz burger street concept (we include coffee group in addition to burger menümüz) and Öküz burger Plus concept (we include beer group in addition to street concept)
In the shopping center concept, we employ 6 people, including the manager, and in the street concepts, we employ 10 people, including the manager.What kind of support do you provide as a brand to your franchise dealers regarding personnel training?
In our new branches to be opened, we ensure the recruitment of personnel 1 month before the opening. We provide at least 20 days of orientation training at our head office. At the opening, we operate the branch for 1 week under the supervision of our operation team and deliver it to the investor. Apart from this, branches are periodically visited and trainings are refreshed. Trainings are provided to branch managers and investors on an annual basis with professional trainers specialized in business management, personnel management, marketing, advertising and social media management, customer management, etc.
Our partner in our automation system is Erginay technology. In the software, there is the ability and reporting to meet all kinds of needs of the business such as sales, warehouse, accounting, reçete application, etc.. Again, integration with online food sites, e-invoice etc. integrations are available in our automation system. We secure the system security with both our in-house server and cloud storage. Again, our menü boards can be changed instantly with the central management system. Branches can place their orders from the dealer portal on our web page. Our IT support to branches can be provided online 24 hours a day.
We are working with 2 different service companies as a ççözüm partner in the pain center.
We ensure that our supplies are periodically audited and monitored by our own operations team and an independent food safety audit firm. We also have our own production facility audited by an independent food safety audit firm.
We have not yet determined our brand yüzümüzüzü. When we complete our homogeneous branching move throughout the country in our 2023 planning, we will launch our brand yüzümüzüzü for all kinds of Pr, advertising, promotion, etc. that we will do on a national basis.
