How many of these branches belong to your brand and how many are franchises? We have 16 points. Of these, 14 branches belong to our brand and 2 branches belong to our franchise investors.

On average, your profitability ratio is kaç%, brüt and net?
Since we have a consignment system, we give 35% profit share to the investor from the sale and the average credit card commission amount of 2% is covered by us. The architectural project is monitored by us, architectural works can be done by us if desired, or the investor can use the architectural firm of his choice, provided that the architectural project is supervised by us. 
M2 average cost is 600 USD. 60-100 m2 is ideal for our brand. An average of 750th000 TL for 60m2 is ideal.

Royality, that is, how much share of the turnover do you get each month?
Since the sold ürün is consignment, 35% of the sale amount is left to the investor and no other payment is requested.

Do you charge an advertising participation fee?
We do not take until April 2024. We also provide support for our franchise stores outside of Istanbul.

We provide location support. The feasibility of the location found by the investor is made by us, if it meets our criteria, approval is given, if not, we support our investors in finding a suitable location. We do not charge a separate fee for this.

In the determination of the locations, we use the information of our leasing consultants, the information we receive from the shopping mall management and our sector resources.

Where are your domestic locations for your brand from now on? Can you share with us your plans for overseas expansion? Mainly in the UK and Russia markets;
European countries; France, Germany, Belgium,
Denmark and other bölgs - United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Egypt, Kuwait and other bölgs in the Middle East Mena bölgion - Azerbaijan and Scandinavian ücountries  we have determined our bölgs as  Azerbaijan and Scandinavian ülgs.

Aç branch should be minimum kaç m2? Also; kaç ç you have an equal concept?
100 m2 should be the minimum and it can be up to 200m2. We have 3 equal concepts but de facto we will continue with 2 concepts. The new stores to be opened will apply one of the 2 concepts in which the same but different materials are used. The aim here is to provide flexibility in the investment costs of the investor.

We have a human resources department. We also use 2 portals. We fully support the recruitment of personnel.

What kind of support do you provide as a brand to your franchise dealers regarding personnel training? All the trainings that our brand gives to its teams in its own stores are also given to our franchise points. Sales trainings are organized continuously throughout the year.

How is your system and software infrastructure? What kind of services do you offer to investors?
We use the Nebim system. Sales, stock tracking and other issues are available in the system. 

Çdo you have a pain center?
We have a pain center in our center located in Istanbul.

Do you have your procurement audited?

We create effective advertising campaigns using targeting methods based on users' interests, demographic information and behavioral characteristics.

We are also renting advertising space on billboards, Megalights and Yovi TVs in the most elite districts of Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara to support our stores. By emphasizing our brand visually through these billboards and televisions, we aim to attract the attention of our potential customers.
