Foundation Story of Our Brand:
The pandemic period happened at a time when I had to leave my job during my stay in Turkey. During this period, the question of whether I should continue in Turkey or move to France appeared in my mind. With this thought, I thought, why don't I think about creating my own brand and introducing the French Taco concept to Turkey, since we are doing the same thing in our own restaurant in France? With this in mind, we opened our first restaurant in 2020 in Istanbul's Akat neighborhood in 2020, taking into account the conditions of that period.

We want to meet candidates who embrace our brand and want to grow our brand with us, who have the goal of becoming a leader in this sector in Turkey and around the world.

1st   We offer a different flavor and concept, so we are not yet well-known in our country.
2nd   Our profit margin is between 35% - 40% and may vary in exceptional cases.
3rd     Since we are a well-known flavor in the Middle East, we can help to attract investors from abroad to our country.
4th   We are a leading brand in the fast moving consumer goods sector in Europe.

Number of Branches and Ownership Status:
We currently have a total of 3 branches, and these branches belong to our own brand. These branches are located in Beşiktaş, Emniyetevler and Fatih districts.

Rate of Profitability:
On average, our profitability rate varies between 35% and 40% in brüt and net terms. However, these rates may change if unexpected circumstances occur during the month.

Authentic French TacosCost Cost:
Our cost cost is 30% on average.

Franchise (Name Right) Fee:
We charge franchise candidates a franchise fee of 15th000 Euros.

Franchise Agreement Terms:
Our franchise söz contract is determined as 5+5 years (with initiative).

Branch Construction and Cost:
Our franchise candidates can get turnkey service if they wish or they can hire their own architects. Construction cost may vary depending on location, city and building condition, but the average turnkey cost is around 1.5 million TL.

Royalty and Advertising Participation Fee:
We receive 5% royalty and 2% advertising participation fee every month from the turnover.


Authentic French TacosLocation Support and Next Generation Apps:
We offer location support and we do not charge any fee for this. We want to benefit from new generation applications and services for location identification.

Our Domestic and International Distribution Plans:
In our domestic operations, our priority is in big cities such as Istanbul, Bursa, Izmir and Ankara, but we can also consider other locations that are deemed suitable. As for abroad, we are already present in France and we want to provide more services abroad.

Branch Size and Number of Personnel:
We have two different concepts:
1st    40 - 70 square meters for takeaway branches.
2nd    Restaurant concept için 70 square meters and üstü.
In addition, the branches to be opened must have at least 5 employees.


Authentic French TacosHuman Resources and Training Support:
We currently do not have a human resources pool, but we plan to do so in the future. In addition, we provide full training for 15 days prior to açation and staff support for 7 days after açation.

System and Software Infrastructure:
We are currently using a program called Adisyo, but as the number of our branches increases, we plan to use a more comprehensive software.

Çpain Center:
Currently, we do not have a pain center.

Supplyçi Audit:
We regularly audit our supply chain.

Marketing and PR Strategies:
In line with our brand marketing and PR strategies, our brand yüzümüz has not been created yet. However, in the future, we plan to increase our brand prestige and make the necessary purchases for our dealers. We will also continue to grow in our social media management and advertising efforts.
