Can you briefly describe the founding story of your brand?
It was founded by Mehmet Zeki ARICIOĞLU in Erzurum in 2013. Arıcıoğlu's experience in the food sector since 2004 and his mission to bring the taste of kürek lahmacun to everyone, Dayı Kürek Lahmacun ’ has made it a well-known brand in Turkey in a short period of time. First of all, it is believed that "Dayı", which is an expression of sincerity that has become a popular expression of sincerity, will also reflect the sense of trust in food. For a more accurate understanding of the lahmacun culture, Dayı Kürek Lahmacun fulfills this mission as the only brand in Turkey.

In terms of the establishment principle of our brand and the healthy operation of the franchise system, we first hold a meeting with our businesses that request a branch, and at this stage, it is an important element for the Dayı brand that our investors who request a business have previous business success and / or franchise experience. After this stage, we further strengthen our operations with regular and controlled trainings.

Where are your priorities for your brand's future domestic locations? Can you share your international expansion plans with us?
First of all, we want to make a block agreement in Istanbul in Turkey. It is important for our brand to move forward on a branch basis in the Aegean region.
However, it is important for us to proceed with our branching process carefully and at a sustainable pace.
Overseas demands are constantly coming in and we are in contact with investors in this process.
